4. Wallet Services

PremiumTrustPIPS provides cryptocurrency wallet services including but not limited to: storing, sending, receiving, swapping, staking, and trading digital assets. You understand that:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
• Send requests require administrative approval before processing.
• Deposit addresses are assigned individually by our team.
• Exchange rates are provided for informational purposes and may fluctuate.
• We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any transaction at our discretion.

5. Fees

We may charge fees for certain transactions including sends, swaps, and trades. Fee schedules are displayed at the time of each transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading activity.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if we suspect a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to completing any pending transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

PremiumTrustPIPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
